Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at cozydreamybuddy@gmail.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

14 Calatrava Street, 4th Floor, Left Inner Staircase, Madrid, M, 28005, Spain.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: If your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
